The ideal candidate is an energetic and data-driven Business Developer who have a proven track record of delivering results in an ambiguous environment through thought leadership, disruption, testing, and building mechanisms that scale across the team with technology. They will be known for building winning partnerships that local retailer partners will identify as their greatest new growth lever for their business. They will have experience working with external technical teams on both standard and custom API integrations with the support of the Solutions Architect team. They will have a demonstrated ability to think from the retailers point-of-view, to initiate and launch growth drivers for the business, to work across functional areas, thrive in a fast-paced environment, support aggressive timelines, and pivot seamlessly across tactical and strategic requirements as the business grows.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience in setting up and managing a sales pipeline
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations- Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $74,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $159,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
