About our Client:

Our client is seeking a skilled and patient Business Development Representative to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will engage with high-level professionals, including doctors and business owners, to close deals and generate interest in the client’s solutions. While healthcare experience is desirable, it is not required; however, a background in B2B sales is highly valued. The ideal candidate is ambitious, confident, and has a proven track record of building strong client relationships while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.

This role will primarily serve the U.S. market, with increasing opportunities to expand into the UK market, offering an exciting chance to grow alongside our company. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with doctors and business owners to present and sell the solutions.
  • Close deals through patient, consultative sales techniques without being overly aggressive.
  • Conduct 80% of sales interactions via Zoom, effectively communicating product value and handling client questions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term business partnerships.
  • Adapt to different sales markets, with a focus on U.S.-based clients and growing interest in the UK market.
  • Follow up on leads and nurture them through the sales pipeline to conversion.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine and improve closing strategies based on client feedback.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Closer or Sales Representative, preferably in B2B or healthcare-related industries.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Patience and adaptability when dealing with high-level professionals, particularly doctors.
  • Familiarity with Zoom and other virtual communication platforms.
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours, with some flexibility to accommodate the UK market.
  • Strong ambition and drive to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Experience using CRM software to manage leads, pipelines, and sales activities.

Benefits

  • Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
