Role Summary
As the Chief of Staff, you will work directly with the founders to ensure the agency runs smoothly, strategically, and efficiently. This role is essential in supporting the founders in operational management, client management, business development, and strategic project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the right hand to the founders, helping to prioritize and manage daily operational tasks, strategic initiatives, and long-term goals.
- Oversee client project intake, ensuring that the agency has all the necessary info to complete a job, following up with the client to request additional info/assets as needed.
- Oversee client project queue, organizing all projects into a centralized queue and ensuring that the agency executes deliverables within the timelines promised to clients.
- Ensure that all incoming client communications are addressed and responded to in a timely fashion, as quickly as possible.
- Assist in leading agency operations, ensuring workflows, deadlines, and deliverables are aligned with client expectations and company standards.
- Act as a key decision-maker in the founders’ absence, representing the company’s interests and maintaining business continuity.
- Coordinate client meetings, project reviews, and cross-departmental collaborations.
- Implement project management systems and processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Support talent management initiatives, helping to ensure the agency attracts and retains top creative talent.
- Assist with agency growth initiatives, including new client acquisition, service diversification, and market expansion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in project management, operations, client management or high-level executive support at a creative agency, or similar kind of agency
- Strong understanding of the creative and design industry, including agency workflows
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g.,Trello, Asana) and an ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Airtable) strongly preferred
Benefits
- Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
- Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
- Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
Salary: $900 - $1200
Schedule: PST
