Job Description

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by identifying and connecting with key decision-makers in the fintech and crypto industries. You’ll be tasked with building a robust pipeline of high-quality leads, focusing on enterprise-level clients such as major banks and cutting-edge fintech companies. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of qualified prospects in the fintech and cryptocurrency sectors
  • Conduct in-depth research to pinpoint the most relevant decision-makers within target organizations
  • Gather and analyze detailed information about potential clients to inform targeted outreach strategies
  • Craft compelling, personalized outreach emails designed to engage high-level prospects
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine lead generation tactics and improve conversion rates
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in fintech and cryptocurrency to ensure relevance in outreach efforts
  • Contribute to the development of lead scoring systems to prioritize the most promising opportunities
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, including metrics on database growth and engagement rates

Requirements

  • Proven track record in lead generation, preferably within the fintech, technology, or financial services sectors
  • Exceptional research skills with the ability to uncover hard-to-find information about companies and key personnel
  • Strong proficiency in data management and CRM systems
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive emails
  • Basic understanding of cross-border payment systems, cryptocurrency, and blockchain technology
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred
