What will you be bringing to the team?
- Analysis and documentation of Business requirements;
- Business model analysis;
- Business process analysis;
- Assistance in Business cases, Vision documents, Project Charters and Security Plans;
- Business processes modelling;
- Functional requirements and business cases analysis;
- Risk analysis
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- Master + 13 years of IT professional experience
- 2 Years of experience:
- in architecture and design of information systems;
- in development of information systems;
- with UML or CASE tools;
- as Product Owner in an agile software development process;
- with relational databases;
- in web technologies;
- Agile software development (refactoring, test-driven development, user story modelling).
- in UX analysis.
- Good knowledge of:
- information systems matters;
- large organisation administrative business processes;
- analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.);
- BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value;
- Wiki and collaborative sites;
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. RUP, Agile);
- Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis;
- Prior experience in the banking sector, with emphasis on resolution activities;
- Capability and experience to participate in developing crisis management application(s).
- Capability to speak to business and technical audiences;
- Strong capacity to give high level presentations
- Excellent critical thinker, by using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions
- Ability to apply high quality standards in the IS quality control procedures
- Very good knowledge of English
