At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Matomo Expert to join our UniQue team.
As a Matomo Expert you will manage, analyze, and optimize the web analytics using the Matomo platform.
What will you be bringing to the team?
- Set up and configure Matomo for optimal tracking and reporting
- Customize Matomo to meet specific business requirements
- Ensure accurate data collection through proper tagging and event tracking
- Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs
- Interpret data trends and provide actionable insights to improve user experience and business outcomes
- Identify opportunities for website and marketing campaign optimization
- Collaborate with marketing, development, and product teams to implement data-driven improvements
- Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation to validate hypotheses and enhance site performance
- Provide training and support to team members on using Matomo and interpreting analytics data
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in Matomo and web analytics
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Matomo expert or similar role in web analytics
- Proficiency in setting up and customizing Matomo, including plugin configuration
- Deep understanding of web analytics, data interpretation, digital marketing, and SEO principles
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Experience with other web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus
- Certification in Matomo Analytics is desirable
