  • Apply a data-driven approach to identify, understand, and scope emerging behavioral trends on the Meta platform by performing rapid-response root cause analyses.
  • Build and maintain rules in response to evolving adversarial behaviors.
  • Drive key performance metrics such as content and scam prevalence, false positives, and operational efficiency.
  • Drive escalation mitigation efforts for content enforcement areas.
  • Provide regular reporting and communicate effectively regarding progress against goals and top line metrics.
  • Influence a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as Policy, Engineering and Data/Analytics to lead or coordinate strategic projects and scaled solutions to enforcement issues.
  • Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the U.S.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Requires a Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a data Foreign degree equivalent accepted. Experience must include 24 months involving the following:
  • Quantitative analysis
  • Working in an operations environment
  • Defining, utilizing, and communicating performance metrics
  • Manipulating large data sets in SQL, and drawing actionable insights from data and
  • Working with cross-functional partners across different regions
