We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Performance Manager with expertise in WhatsApp API. In this role, you will be responsible for driving performance and maximizing results for our clients utilizing the WhatsApp API. You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives and develop strategies to help them achieve their goals. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to define performance goals and develop strategies to optimize their use of the WhatsApp API
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and data analytics to achieve client objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for performance-related inquiries
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously innovate and enhance performance strategies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising, with a focus on WhatsApp API
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive performance improvements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to clients
  • Experience in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proficiency in performance tracking and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of the WhatsApp Business API and its capabilities
