Job Description

Reporting to the Sales Operations Lead, the Business Systems Administrator will engage with our GTM team playing a crucial role in optimizing revenue streams and enhancing operational efficiency across sales, marketing, and customer success functions. This position requires leveraging data analytics, system integrations, and process improvements to drive growth and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, deploy and maintain complex Salesforce solutions to build a strong foundation to enable scalable processes.
  • Independently lead Salesforce deployments, build and maintain scalable processes to meet business goals.
  • Govern, manage and optimize Tailscale’s GTM tech Stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, Apollo.io etc.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in revenue operations processes. Recommend and implement solutions to enhance productivity and customer experience.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams to ensure alignment and execution of revenue strategies. Collaborate with the sales team to streamline sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to teams on the use of revenue operations tools and best practices.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for our teams, assisting with daily troubleshooting and managing request submissions.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proficient in declarative development – Flow design, Validation Rules, and Formula Fields, with the capability to utilize Apex and Lightning Web Components.
  • Experience in managing sales technologies, including Salesforce (SFDC), HubSpot, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong Salesforce administration skills, with a proven track record of optimizing the platform to enhance operational performance.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and product-led growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across diverse teams.

CAN Pay Ranges$134,000—$167,500 CAD
