We’re looking for a Chief of Staff, Global Sales to directly support our Global Head of Sales in scaling and growing the 750+ strong team spanning Global Sales. In this role, you’ll focus on driving the rhythm of the business, strategic initiatives, and supporting the Global Head of Sales in running the organization. This senior position is highly visible in the organization, involves frequent interaction with the executives across Procore’s revenue and strategic planning functions, and has a seat on the Global Sales Leadership Team.

This position reports to the SVP, Global Sales, and will be based in our Carpinteria office or remotely in the US. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • A trusted advisor and business partner with the ability to provide strategic counsel to the Global Head of Sales and act on his behalf where relevant
    • Organizes and prioritizes critical issues and required information to facilitate efficient decision-making
  • Work cross-functionally with sales leadership on strategy, long and short, to drive key business outcomes
  • Execute business strategy by providing necessary data and insights to drive quicker decision-making at the Executive level
  • Will collaborate with Global Sales Leadership, Rev Ops, and other partners on mission-critical projects and initiatives
    • Strategic lead on high-profile projects as needed, including annual planning, quarterly business reviews, presentations to company leadership and BOD
    • Facilitate work team meetings efficiently and effectively, with the ability to connect the dots and influence key decisions
    • Supports department-wide goals process and develops major goals to support broad functional objectives

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years of work experience, ideally in B2B sales, management consulting, and/or corporate strategy at a leading technology company
  • Experience in enterprise software/SaaS is highly desirable
  • Proven track record in owning, managing, and driving cross-functional projects at an executive level
  • Expertise in helping set the vision and strategy, and ensuring the strategy is executed well
  • Ability to develop deep trust-based relationships across different stakeholders
  • Sophisticated quantitative aptitude and problem-solving capabilities; ability to prioritize workflow, manage multiple projects, and a commitment to improvement
  • Persuasive communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to tailor communications to a broad range of internal and external audiences

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $169,320 - $232,815. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
