Job Description

We are currently seeking commercial real estate paralegals to work on a remote basis for our F500 clients. Must have previous in-house experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorney client teams with drafting and reviewing real estate documents, including contracts, leases, deeds, and closing documents
  • Coordinate and facilitate real estate transactions
  • Maintain organized files and documentation for all real estate matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Prepare and file legal documents with appropriate courts and regulatory bodies
  • Research legal issues related to real estate transactions and provide recommendations to the legal team
  • Stay informed about changes in real estate laws and regulations, and update internal stakeholders as necessary

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience working as a commercial real estate paralegal in-house at a large company
  • Ability and interest in working on an engagement basis for an average of six months at a time
  • Sense of urgency combined with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work both independently and cross-functionally
  • Proficient in GSuite, Microsoft Suite, Adobe, and/or other technical skills

Compensation, Benefits & Location:

This role offers a range of competitive compensation starting at $40/hr and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits, 401K and more.
