Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Investigate compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact our operations.
- Prepare compliance reports for management and regulatory authorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance initiatives are integrated into business processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably in the software or financial services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements applicable to our industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Professional certification in compliance (e.g., CAMS, CCEP) is a plus.
