We are hiring at JBL Solutions – DataWeld for a Technical Support Agent to join our team! The ideal candidate is either someone with experience providing support for ERP software or someone with a background in Finance or Accounting.

JBL Solutions – DataWeld is a software developer and service organization specializing in ERP software for gas and welding supplies distributors. They offer specialized, turnkey ERP software to industrial gas distributors. JBL Solutions serves customers across North America and supports them through internet communication. All their software is developed in-house and tailored to meet the needs of the North American market.

JBL Solutions – DataWeld ERP software can automate and streamline business functions like accounting procedures, inventory control, purchasing, and cylinder tracking and rentals. Unifying these operational facets into one central system helps keep businesses more organized, saving valuable time and ultimately cutting down costs.

The qualified candidate will be responsible for

  • Providing customers with software support, quality control over software design, and systems implementation, as well as customer training.
  • Serve as client support for DataWeld customers by responding to customer calls, emails, and other inquiries regarding DataWeld products and services.
  • Troubleshoot and assist DataWeld customers with service in accordance with SLAs.
  • Maintaining support tickets on a daily basis.
  • Develop a firm understanding of DataWeld to the degree of becoming a superuser
  • Communicate effectively with the implementation team through the project lifecycle to understand the customer needs, ensuring project delivery success
  • Ability to extract, transform, and load data from various sources
  • Perform data mapping and migration activities
  • Install and support various third party software

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 5 + years of ERP software support experience
  • Must be able to work US Central Stand Time Zone on regular basis
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly organized
  • Skilled in Microsoft Offices: Excel, Word,
  • Good understanding of business concepts and accounting principle, as well as ERP systems
  • Working knowledge of accounting/distribution software
  • Self-starter – Shows initiative
