- Base salary is factored on licensure level, geographic location, and budgets paid on a biweekly basis
- Licensed Social Worker requiring supervision located in the state of New York, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island, Vermont, or Connecticut: $62,700 - $78,100
- Licensed Social Worker that does not require supervision located in the state of New York, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island, Vermont, or Connecticut: $75,900 - $85,800
- Performance driven incentives can range from $860 to $2,200 based on data supportive targets paid on a monthly basis.
- Entry into the plan will begin on the first of the month following three months of completed service (month 4).
- You will receive a $500/month stipend for your first three months of employment.
- To ensure all employees are aware of their performance against their targets, and have full visibility into their variable compensation, regular 1:1 meetings will be required with their direct supervisor.

Required Education, Licensure, and Experience
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited program.
Licensed to practice as a Social Worker under supervision in Massachusetts and has passed the ASWB examination (LMSW or equivalent), OR
Licensed to practice as a Social Worker under supervision in their state of residence and has passed the ASWB examination (LCSW, LMSW, or equivalent), AND
Must apply for a Massachusetts social work license upon hiring and successfully obtain licensure within three months of starting.
Minimum of 1-5 years of experience as a licensed social worker, with a focus on pediatrics
Highly Preferred Experience and Skills:
Fluent in speaking and writing in English and Spanish.
Technical proficiency in a variety of platforms including EHRs, ability to quickly learn new technology.
Proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches (Problem-Solving Treatment, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Behavioral Activation).
Expertise in handling higher-acuity patients/situations.
Technical proficiency in a variety of platforms including EHRs, ability to quickly learn new technology.
Knowledge of/experience with behavioral health screening tools (PHQ9, GAD7, CSSRS, etc).
