Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing and Sales Support Coordinator. This role will play a crucial part in supporting the CEO and the marketing and sales departments, ensuring the smooth execution of administrative tasks while contributing to our client’s marketing and sales initiatives from a remote setting.

Job Responsibilities

Administrative Support for CEO:

  • Handle day-to-day executive administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, managing email, and processing invoices.
  • Ensure all communications and tasks are efficiently managed, enabling the CEO to focus on strategic initiatives.

Content Creation:

  • Lead in creating, editing, and proofreading marketing materials, including social media content, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and messaging.

Social Media Management:

  • Help manage and schedule social media posts across various platforms.
  • Monitor engagement and assist in analyzing the performance of social media campaigns to optimize future efforts.

Digital Marketing Support:

  • Assist with the execution of email marketing campaigns, including creating email templates, managing contact lists, and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Support the digital marketing team in executing various online marketing strategies.

Market Research:

  • Research industry trends, competitor activities, and target audiences to assist in developing informed marketing strategies.
  • Compile and present findings to support strategic decision-making.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Assist in compiling reports on campaign performance, website analytics, and other marketing metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data to help improve marketing effectiveness.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve business goals.

Lead Generation and Nurturing:

  • Identify target audiences, understand their demographics, needs, and behaviors, and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
  • Use various marketing strategies to attract potential leads, capture their contact information, and nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Create and deliver valuable content such as blogs, whitepapers, and videos that address the target audience's pain points and interests.
  • Engage with potential customers on social media platforms and optimize content for search engines to enhance visibility.

SEO and Content Marketing:

  • Optimize content to improve search engine rankings and make it easier for potential leads to find the business.
  • Contribute to content marketing efforts that drive organic traffic and lead generation.

Sales Conversion:

  • Support the sales team in converting leads into customers by aligning marketing efforts with the sales process and customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative support, content creation, digital marketing, and sales support.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, and SEO best practices.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and software such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively in a remote work setting.

  • At least 15mbps for the main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
  • A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
  • Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
