Be part of a dynamic, growing Marketing team in the software space! Together with the Manager of Marketing Communications, the Content and Social/Digital Media Specialist will help drive our global social media and content marketing efforts. An integral member of the Marketing team, this position collaborates across the organization to develop content; help create, execute and manage the Calabrio social media strategy and drive measurable results for the business.

Requirements

  • Degree in digital marketing, marketing, communications or related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience generating engaging content across digital platforms
  • Tech/SaaS industry experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in social media content creation and strategy; tactics and trends; and knowledge of best practices
  • Understanding of SEO and content performance metrics
  • Strong attention to details and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Help define and execute Calabrio’s content marketing strategy in alignment with business priorities and objectives, and create engaging, effective content
  • Help develop, write and edit internal and external-facing content assets (emails, websites, social posts, slide decks) that support our brand and strategies
  • Plan, create and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and thought leadership, engagement and leads
  • Own global social media content, calendar and employee engagement tool; develop/update training and best practices resources; and monitor/report on results.
  • Assist with updating and creating content on company intranet and facility comms channels
  • Ensure brand standard consistency and compliance
  • Utilize AI tools to provide scale for content creation
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and emerging content formats to ensure our content remains relevant and innovative
