What We’re Looking For: Contract HR Recruiter

We're seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to join us on a 3-month contract basis, with the possibility of an extension. This role is critical in managing our recruitment processes and ensuring we bring top-tier talent to fuel our growth.

Your Mission:

As our HR Recruiter, you will be at the heart of our hiring process, ensuring every candidate's journey is seamless and efficient. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Screening Candidates: Manage and review incoming candidates via Jotform and LinkedIn.
  • Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and interviewers.
  • ATS Management: Oversee our Workable ATS system to maintain an organized candidate pipeline.
  • Inbox Management: Handle email communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Aptitude Test Management: Administer and manage aptitude tests (and others) for candidates.
  • Jotform Screening and Updates: Keep Jotform screening processes up-to-date and efficient.
  • Hiring Process Creation: Develop and refine hiring processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Hiring Updates: Provide regular updates on hiring progress.
  • First Screening Calls: Conduct initial screening calls with candidates to assess suitability.
  • Eligibility Assessment: Verify candidate employment evidence and eligibility.
  • Candidate Notes: Document detailed notes after screening calls for review.
  • Decision Support: Assist the CEO with decision-making on candidate selections.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategy and planning for future hires.
  • Process Mapping: Create and maintain hiring process maps using Google Docs and Miro boards.
  • Daily Updates: Provide the CEO daily statistics on candidate progression at each process stage.

Requirements

We Need You to Have:

  • At least 18 months of experience in recruitment, specifically in interviewing
  • Worked within 1 company for at least 1 year (this should be able to be evidenced)
  • Familiarity with ATS systems
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs and Miro boards.
  • A results-driven mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Fluent English skills and previous remote work experience.
  • Availability to work Mon-Fri during standard UK business hours.
  • A laptop or PC with a stable internet connection and a professional workspace.

Benefits

Rate of Pay: $925-$1125 per month with the potential to extend based on continued company growth, additional evidence of other skills (HR, Operations etc) and mouldability for a start up agency
