Job Description

Role Summary

The Corporate Engagement Specialist is responsible for initiating and implementing collaborations with ProVeg Poland's corporate partners. With the full support of the ProVeg Poland team and the corporate engagement departments in the other ProVeg countries, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in building nonprofit-business relationships, expand your knowledge of the growing plant-based food sector, and ultimately be part of the transformation of the global food sector.

Job Details

Hours: 20 hours/week
Location: Remote in Poland, ideally in Warsaw
Reports to: Country Director, ProVeg Poland
Type of employment: Employment contract

Responsibilities

  • Planning, coordinating and evaluating Foundation projects and activities involving business partners;
  • Preparing business proposals with the support of other team members;
  • Negotiating contracts and terms of cooperation;
  • Building a customer base (CRM);
  • Maintaining lasting relationships with existing clients and acquiring new ones;
  • Analysing, tracking and mapping the market on a regular basis;
  • Sharing knowledge with industry representatives during training sessions and presentations with the full support of the teams;
  • Participating in events related to the food industry, such as trade shows and conferences;
  • Support in the organisation of the Foundation's business events;

Qualifications

  • A passion for the ProVeg mission;
  • Two years of experience in project management and/ or sales and/ or business customer service;
  • A creative mind, open to new projects that meet industry needs;
  • Familiarity with food innovation, as well as an understanding of the global food sector and the plant-based alternatives industry;
  • ability to deal with multiple priorities and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously;
  • experience in using project management tools (e.g. Asana);
  • fluency in Polish, communicative level of English;
