Hybrid (Plainsboro, NJ) or Remote

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will make a significant impact by managing the end-to-end customer order process, fostering strong customer relationships, and driving overall satisfaction.

You bring:

  • Associate degree with a minimum of 2 years of practical experience in B2B customer care and/or supply chain/logistics activities
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong understanding of the SAP Sales & Distribution module
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Preferable knowledge of the personal care, food and beverage, dietary supplements, retail, and/or pharmaceutical industries
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong task management, ownership through completion, accountability, and dedication

The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. This position is also eligible for bonuses and benefits, which are not included in the pay scale provided. Salary $70,000-$87,300.
