Opportunity Overview

We are currently looking for a Customer Service and Education Intern or co-op to support the Inside Sales Team at Universal Robots.

  • This internship can be part-time or full-time.
  • This internship can be fully remote, or you can be hybrid from our Novi, Michigan office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the inside sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales documents and managing customer accounts.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails to existing and potential customers.
  • Update and maintain CRM systems with customer information and feedback.
  • Support sales team efforts by coordinating meetings.
  • Help track sales progress and customer interactions for reporting purposes.

  • Working towards a degree in Education or Marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.

  • Prior experience in customer service or sales support is a plus.
