Opportunity Overview
We are currently looking for a Customer Service and Education Intern or co-op to support the Inside Sales Team at Universal Robots.
- This internship can be part-time or full-time.
- This internship can be fully remote, or you can be hybrid from our Novi, Michigan office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the inside sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales documents and managing customer accounts.
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails to existing and potential customers.
- Update and maintain CRM systems with customer information and feedback.
- Support sales team efforts by coordinating meetings.
- Help track sales progress and customer interactions for reporting purposes.

- Working towards a degree in Education or Marketing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
Prior experience in customer service or sales support is a plus.
