This is a remote position.
Schedule:- Monday through Wednesday: 5pm - 8pm
- Saturday 9am – 6pm with 30 minutes paid break
- Sunday 9am – 3pm
Job Description
- Customer service rep who can answer all inbound calls & texts from our 12-location portfolio and address minor customer issues and route any sales calls/high urgency items to designated phone number/employee
- Minor customer issues include: gate code access, spot location, site access – all other issues can be instructed to call back during regular business hours (payment questions, etc.)
Requirements
- Strong written English and impeccable communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with popular CRM tools and platforms.
