Job Description

As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll be the linchpin in our client’s operation, managing the crucial backend processes that keep the business running smoothly. You’ll handle everything from order processing and invoicing to product research and quote creation. This role offers a unique blend of customer interaction and operational management, providing an opportunity to significantly impact the company’s efficiency and growth. If you’re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and excel at multitasking, this position will challenge and reward you in equal measure.

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage customer orders received via email
  • Update and maintain order tracking in Asana
  • Create accurate invoices using Square
  • Coordinate both in-house and outsourced order fulfillment
  • Research product options to match customer budgets and timelines
  • Develop quotes based on customer specifications
  • Process supplier orders through online shopping carts
  • Handle inbound calls and route them appropriately
  • Assist with rush orders and special requests

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Asana, WordPress, and Square
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Customer service or support experience
  • Familiarity with email management and phone systems
  • Basic understanding of invoicing and order processing
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Comfortable with remote work and flexible hours
