Operational Support Analyst (Remote)
Full-time, United Kingdom
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all support queries related to our client reporting tools. You will work on a wide range of different tasks daily, from troubleshooting data, reports, and tool issues to providing training, support, access to the tools. You will also ensure reporting is provided timely, report delivery integrity issues, production schedule setup, maintain OIP (Operational Intelligence Platform), and support the automated manual data delivery process.
As a Operational Support Analyst, you will
Troubleshooting data and tool issues/errors; analyze the return to make an informed deduction to be communicated to requesters
Provide training to our internal and external clients, while using appropriate training materials and seeking opportunity for continued education on various functions/skills utilized in the position
Review report calculations, parameters, and underlying data; communicating the purpose and report’s fields to our stakeholders
Assist with system issues and maintenance, consult on workarounds for system issues, and work with internal departments to ensure larger issues are documented and in process of correction
Provide feedback for continuous improvement and create process documentation as directed and approved by supervisor or manager
Provide business support for country reporting and internal data processes on an ad hoc basis
Validate the integrity of production schedule setup requests, data processing files, and 3rd party extract requests with the end requestor prior to setup
Ensure timely delivery of all reports for customers and vendors, which includes the delivery of internal and external reports
About you
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to support customers and communicate proficiently in English
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
Ability to work independently, adapt to change, and embrace diversity
Previous Customer Service/Travel Industry experience OR bachelor’s degree/equivalent is an asset
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite is preferred
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is a plus
SQL and relational database knowledge are a plus, not required
