The DeepL Digital Lifecycle team operates as a cross-functional unit aligned with the customer journey, serving as a pivotal hub for customer communication through email and various channels within DeepL. Positioned centrally, we manage numerous email campaigns and automations, ensuring their seamless implementation, execution, and analysis. Our unwavering belief in the quality of our products, technology, and mission drives us as we play a vital role in sharing DeepL's narrative on a global scale.
Requirements
Your responsibilities
Set up and execute e-mail campaigns or workflow based e-mail automation according to specifications for high volume campaigns
Create landing pages with Hubspot
Segmentation of customers depending on scoring and grading
Analyzing requirements and advising stakeholders on how to best implement their campaigns if required
Proactive reporting on KPIs to our stakeholders and archiving of campaigns in Confluence for document traceability
Execute thoughtful experimentation (A/B testing) to unlock high-impact campaigns, and leverage automation to improve engagement and retention throughout the customer lifecycle
Maintaining an overview of current campaigns and prioritizing them with the involvement of stakeholders
Regular presentation of current campaigns, results and derived recommendations for action to larger groups
Sustainable customer segmentation according to requirements
Qualities we look for
2-4 years of professional experience in e-mail marketing automation with a strong focus on SaaS and B2B
At least 2 years of dedicated experience with Hubspot Marketing Automation
Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English
An open mind to shifting projects and tight deadlines
Comfortable working in a scale-up environment
Exceptional analytical and organizational skills with proficiency in prioritizing, managing expectations and learning from outcomes
Experience with high volume campaigns
A strong work ethic, collaborative mindset, and a practical and proactive attitude
A proven track record in executing campaigns in SaaS and B2B
Knowledge on measuring key e-mail / campaign success metrics and solid understanding of email, email best practices, industry standards, and global compliance regulations
