Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive our growth initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to accelerate customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in growth marketing, data analysis, and a deep understanding of the CPaaS industry.

Main Areas of Responsibility:

  • Growth Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to identify growth opportunities, track performance metrics, and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Drive a pipeline view: Create a strong pipeline for Sales team across GCC, KSA, Egypt, Pakistan market and own the entire lead, MQL, SQL cycle until it’s moved as a pipeline for sales.
  • Customer Acquisition: Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, etc.) to attract new customers.
  • Customer Engagement and Retention: Design and implement strategies to increase customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value.
  • ABM Campaigns: Design and implement strategies which can help penetrate named accounts and global accounts for Cequens.
  • Create multi-touch campaigns to make the entire conversion process seamless – WhatsApp nurtures, email nurtures, and retargeting from a website.
  • Website Analysis – Own website conversion via landing pages and schedule demo pages to make our website perform and convert better in an outcome.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the growth marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of growth marketers – digital marketing, SDRs, organic marketing, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work very closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Accept Marketing pipeline targets and achieve quotes on a monthly basis.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably within the CPaaS or SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn campaign manager, Google ads manager etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
