Due to growth, we are adding this Digital Marketing Manager & Design Specialist to our Marketing Communications department.
We are unable to offer remote work to residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, digital marketing and design specialist to manage the implementation of digital strategies for Navitus Health Solutions. The individual in this role will have the opportunity to make immediate impact, partnering with segment and category marketers to define digital content goals and taking the lead to create and deliver compelling, multi-channel content that furthers business objectives. He/she/they will implement digital marketing strategies, taking initiative to deepen understanding of target audiences, building and managing a digital execution roadmap, and reporting applicable metrics.
A successful candidate will demonstrate a keen eye for detail and end-to-end project management experience. This role will serve to bolster the business-to-business (B2B) customer buying journey, effectively engaging stakeholders to drive traffic to and between relevant digital assets, furthering brand awareness and positive brand sentiment and increasing demand for services and programs.

How do I make an impact on my team?
- Partner with Brand & Creative Services leader to develop and implement digital marketing initiatives from conception through creative/technical design, implementation, testing, production and launch.
- Partner with Content Planner to create and manage a cross-channel content calendar including blogs, website, email, and social media.
- Create visual concepts, proofread, and edit content before publishing for highly professional, on-time execution across platforms.
- Serve as digital channel execution manager, overseeing email sends, website updates, blog/article posting, etc.
- Manage website to optimize reach and traffic. Implement search engage optimization (SEO) best practices.
- Coordinate across Marketing & Communications and vendor teams as applicable to ensure the timely delivery of assignments.
- Partner with Marketing Analyst to track, report, and advise on digital marketing performance, highlighting key metrics and analysis of areas for improvement.
- Partner with Marketing Analyst to track and advise on content analytics and generate reports and presentations to support awareness and continuous improvement.
- Keep up to date with content trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in technology.
- Serve as a liaison to align brand, digital, and customer experience to create a holistic look and feel across all owned digital channels.
What our team expects from you?
- Bachelor's degree or appropriate certifications in graphic design, marketing, digital media, communications, web development, UX design, or other relevant field.
- A minimum of 7+ years of experience in graphic design, digital marketing, communications, UX strategy, channel execution, web design or related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing and design with experience in implementing successful digital marketing campaigns. Able to provide a portfolio of published work upon request.
- Experience in creating compelling designs and pages for email, blogs, websites, etc. with an eye towards building a cohesive brand and excellent user experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Hubspot, Wordpress, Adobe Suit, etc.
- Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal
- Excellent computer skills with MS Office and Adobe Suit.
- The ability to keep abreast of content and consumer trends and advancements in technology.

- The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
