Meet the team behind this journey

DeepL’s Creative Studio team is a critical component in our efforts to think strategically about positioning our brand as a B2B/enterprise solution while also maintaining our loyal B2C audience. Creative Studio which sits within the Marketing department is responsible for the strategy and execution of our Brand vision–from our website look and feel, to integrated marketing campaign content, to our in-person events.

Requirements

Your responsibilities

  • Brand vision: Advocate for a strong brand vision and brand alignment across different markets with an eye on the company’s objectives

  • Creative production: Oversee an agile process for the production of all marketing/brand assets ensuring consistency of message and identity across print, web and digital media; determine and manage external partners and/or agencies if needed

  • **Quality assurance:**Set and maintain high standards for creative excellence, ensuring all deliverables meet quality benchmarks and adhere to brand guidelines

  • Team leadership: Lead with empathy and inclusivity, inspire and develop a team of creative professionals, and ensure our creative talent feels connected to the bigger picture whilst fostering a culture of high performance

  • Project management: Establish a set of lean processes and measurements, optimizing for speed and impact whilst keeping tight control on quality

  • Cross functional alignment: Collaborate with and influence stakeholders within Marketing, Comms and Product teams to understand the business’ design and copy needs and translate them into compelling creative solutions.

  • Budget management: Forecast budget requirements and track expenditure closely to ensure we operate within an acceptable margin to the up/downside

  • Metrics and impact: Set clear and measurable targets**,** analyze brand tracking, website trends and content attribution to quantify the team’s impact on business objectives and modify strategies accordingly

About you

  • Clear communication skills with a proven record of developing teams and building relationships with key stakeholders across the organization

  • Ideally 15 years of experience in marketing or brand, preferably within world-class, high-growth B2B SaaS organizations, including at least 3 years leading a team of 5+ creative professionals.

  • Strong cross-functional, collaborative mindset, and proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.

  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to stay organized in high-pressure situations

  • Practical and proactive attitude with a humble approach, demonstrating proficiency in accomplishing tasks efficiently

  • Data-driven and focused on business impact with the ability to find solutions to diverse requests

  • Creative storytelling skills rooted in strategy that drives both brand goals and business impact
