Working independently, you will be responsible for cultivating a robust pipeline of opportunities, and championing the value proposition of Kafene advertising to clients. Your expertise in selling to and servicing large multi-brand clients, particularly within the marketing technology sector, will distinguish you in this role. You demonstrate proficiency in navigating intricate decision-making processes and effectively influencing key stakeholders to achieve consensus, leading to successful deal closures.
What You Will Do:
- Take the lead in developing new client relationships, serving as the liaison between Kafene’s lease-to-own (LTO) purchase options and prospective client needs.
- Champion the business development function at Kafene by identifying avenues to enhance opportunities for achieving sustainable business growth.
- Meet quarterly revenue targets while effectively managing the pipeline and providing accurate forecasting.
- Maintain acute awareness of customer business landscapes, remaining attuned to brand challenges and opportunities across your portfolio of accounts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed targets.
- Identify and pursue prospects within Enterprise Retailers.
- Network and source lead to consistently reach new potential clients.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations that address client needs and showcase Kafene’s value proposition.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and create tailored solutions for retail and other industry partners.
- Continuously analyze sales performance data to improve decision-making.
- Negotiate and close complex deals, collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth processing.
- Achieve monthly net revenue goals and surpass sales targets.
Prior Experience:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in financial services sales, with a consistent track record of exceeding goals & expectations
- Working knowledge of fintech/payments products & services
- Experience in and deep understanding of business development and revenue growth
- Outstanding interpersonal, oral, and written communication and presentation skills, and ability to collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels
- Demonstrated executive leadership skills
- Deep knowledge of sales strategy & operations
