About the role

As the Director of PA Development Programs, you will lead a team that develops coaching programs and conversion standard processes for our real estate agent partners, while also crafting skill and development programs to improve the success of our PA Sales frontline team and leaders. With a progressive mentality and data-driven approach, your team will craft and implement impactful strategies, demonstrating collaborative influence and expertise to achieve significant impact on our sales teams and partners. We’re seeking a dynamic, expert leader to define strategic direction and be responsible for the launch of initiatives crafted to improve the ZPA business. This role requires a strategic problem solver who builds relationships across functions and can prioritize against multiple contending priorities to drive a plan to fruition, taking on the roles of strategist, operator, influencer and create an inclusive team environment that encourages diversity of perspectives and high-reaching ideas.

  • Leadership and Team Development: Select, train, and retain an impactful diverse team of Program Development Managers aligned with Zillow Group's Leadership Expectations. Build moments of executive visibility, celebrate wins, mentor through tough times, and inspire change for continuous improvement of the organization.

  • Program Strategy: Define the vision for Premier Agent Partner & Frontline Performance Programs, align customer needs, and guide the team in developing and implementing strategies to establish new benchmarks for driving business-critical metrics of revenue and increasing Zillow's share of transactions through successful real estate agent partner conversion. This includes creating a unified partner performance model and comprehensive frontline and leader onboarding and development programs to ensure success with Zillow.

  • Program Governance and Inspection: Direct and actively participate in cross-functional project teams to ensure consistency in building and scaling new programs across Premier Agent. Own program governance, ensuring informed decision-making by the right people. Establish structure for team roles, landmarks, and program management methods, including audits. Identify insights to enhance program performance, monitor metrics, and develop mitigation strategies.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $180,200.00 - $287,800.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • 10+ years of relevant professional & leadership experience with a preference for a business administration or management degree. Consistent track record of employee and career development.

  • Experienced in leading cross-functional teams, running large-scale initiatives, and delivering impactful outcomes through effective program management across geographically dispersed teams. Possess the ability to align and empower teams towards common goals, and skilled in conflict resolution.

  • Entrepreneurial approach, thrives in a fast-paced environment, effectively shifting between critical thinking to define strategy and oversee tactical execution.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, working closely with senior executives and cross-functional partners to deliver key initiatives.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations.
