About the role

As the Senior PA Development Programs Manager, you will play a vital role in driving key product enhancements and operational improvements to empower our Premier Agent partners in effectively supervising and handling their payments and return on investment (ROI) with Zillow. With a keen attention to detail, data-driven approach, and forward-thinking mentality, you will collaborate closely with our product, business, and internal sales teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities within our product infrastructure, striving to improve data visibility between Zillow and our Premier Agent partners and enhance revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a leader with vision across the organization while handling sophisticated cross-functional initiatives and championing opportunities to improve partners' experience with our products.

  • Develop and operationalize initiatives to improve the partner experience with measurable success. Prepare compelling business cases, secure leadership consensus, formulate plans, and lead the implementation of pilots and scaling improvements.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, like product, to develop outstanding features and tools for our Premier Agents, which will help drive greater revenue for Zillow through improved visibility and ease of use self-guided experiences for our Premier Agent Partners.

  • Analyze and comprehend the intricacies of real estate team roles and responsibilities to develop in-product solutions that enable teams to operate efficiently with Zillow.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $123,200.00 - $196,800.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • 7+ years of validated experience in strategy, business/product operations, analytics, and/or program management.

  • An ability to synthesize sophisticated data, distill key takeaways, and craft insights into a compelling story for both customers and internal partners

  • Experience with payment tech and finding creative product solutions to customer problems

  • Track record of delivering results while balancing contending priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • An ownership mentality, comfort charting a new course, confidence in the face of ambiguity, and a bias toward action.

  • Champion the initiatives you are working on, encouraging confidence and passion for the vision with partners and impacted teams.

  • Proficiency in sales processes, with an understanding of how tech enables effective sales operations and customer interactions.

  • Preferred: MBA, and/or proven track record to analyze sophisticated problems, identify root causes, present data-driven insights, and develop innovative solutions.
