POSITION SUMMARY

Radiology Partners is seeking a Director, Practice Finance to help drive and support key initiatives related to finance, growth and operations in our Integrations/New Sites area. This position provides a unique opportunity for a high-performing, analytically-inclined individual to apply and build their skills in a dynamic and entrepreneurial operating environment. The individual will have the opportunity to work across multiple functional areas in the Practice and interact closely with management.The position will report to the VP of Finance and lead a group of finance leaders that report up through them that are responsible for financial activities in their markets. The position will also partner closely with the Senior Vice President of Operations to provide financial guidance for these areas to help guide operational decisions and strategic planning.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Highly analytical, flexible and process-oriented leader that can collaborate with RP’s local physician practices and other finance, accounting and operations teams
  • Establish great relationships with local physician and operations leaders to help drive operational decisions based on financial metrics and reporting
  • Lead team preparing analysis and calculation of physician compensation reports
  • Lead continued improvement and automation of all financial processes and data flows
  • Lead and collaborate in the budgeting and forecasting process for RP and the supported practices
  • Provide leadership and development for the Practice Finance team
  • Ability to multi-task various projects and lead them to successful outcomes for RP and local practices
  • Provide analysis to support planning and growth initiatives
  • Effectively communicate the findings, value, and impact of financial and strategic analyses to management
  • Display high proficiency and expertise working with large data and systems

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    • 10+ years of experience of financial analysis and budgeting (accounting related experience is a plus) in multi-site healthcare services (preferred)
    • Strong skillset with Excel and other MS Office applications and familiarity with ERP tools, Tableau/Power BI, payroll, budgeting and other financial systems

    The salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $164,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
