Location: Remote, USA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $190,000.00 - $230,000.00 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp/Equity - Range may vary based on experience.

ABOUT THE JOB

The Domain Lead will become an expert in OneStream technology and use this expertise on a daily basis to present the value proposition and benefit of our solutions to partners, prospects, customers and internally supporting our sales force. A Domain Lead as a member of our Presales team will participate in the design, validation, and presentation of OneStream solutions based on customer needs which vary in complexity.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Shortening the sales cycle by delivering flawless standard and custom product demonstrations to mid and C-level executives in the Office of Finance.
  • Providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers, while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision.
  • Acting as a technical resource for Sales Consultants, Sales Development, and Sales representatives.
  • Transforming business requirements/challenges into Proof of Concept presentations.
  • Developing and delivering high quality OneStream presentations and demonstrations.
  • Presenting and articulating advanced product features and benefits, product future direction and overall OneStream solutions.
  • Improving/maintaining standard demo assets to ensure top-notch sales presentations.
  • Designing, validating, and presenting OneStream solutions to include advanced product concepts and future direction.
  • Developing and managing references through high quality technical, professional client relationships.
  • Developing and managing a close relationship to product management and development.
  • Identify and advocate new features, functions, benefits and solutions for the platform and the marketplace.
  • Acting as the subject matter expert for one or many corporate performance management processes with development and in sales cycles.
  • Assist with development of marketing materials to communicate the value of the products, solutions and key features.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • BS Degree or equivalent; advanced degree desirable in Computer Science or Technology related degree.
  • Technical experience with OneStream XF or similar CPM tools.
  • 6+ years of experience in Database Management including building, developing, and deploying applications.
  • Proven ability in performing rapid assessments of customers’ landscape and targeting use cases and deployment targets for Cloud technology. Ability to provide guidance in the evaluation of OneStream’s Cloud solution.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role such as consultant, technical solutions engineer, or solutions architect.
  • Extraordinary presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Must have the ability to lead technical discussions and identify the right solution for our customer’s needs.
  • Versed and experienced with business analysis and financial modelling.
  • Three to five+ years of CPM industry experience.
  • Background in Finance/Accounting.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Strong listening skills.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience as a Services Consultant, Database Administrator, or Technical Pre-Sales is preferred.
