Requirements
As an Ecommerce Specialist, you will be supporting the Ecommerce team in different areas. These will be some of your responsibilities:
- Manage product inventory and maintain up-to-date stock levels.
- Monitor online orders, ensuring proper processing and tracking.
- Work with different shipping companies to ensure efficient and timely delivery.
- Process and verify payments.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate databases related to orders, listings and customers.
- Prepare reports and documentation required by management.
- Provide assistance to other departments and colleagues with listing details and digital marketing efforts.
- Develop new product listings from scratch, utilizing high-quality photos and detailed descriptions.
- Conduct research on product details and competitor listings to enhance content for online search.
- Perform market research to spot pricing trends and optimization opportunities.
- More depending on the company you’re assigned to.
Experience & Skills
- 1-3 years of experience working in a similar role is required.
- Exceptional English level, both written and spoken is required.
- Excel and Google Sheets knowledge is required.
- Shopify experience is highly desired. Experience in other ecommerce platforms is desired too.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Suite apps, as well as CRM software.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated with strong research skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong work ethic and a high sense of urgency.
