Job Description
Reporting to the HRBP Director, you will enhance workforce engagement and promote a healthy, inclusive, and productive work environment through strategic partnerships and collaboration. Your aim is to amplify our Experian Way, norms, culture, and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engagement:
- Coordinate activities and programs to promote our Experian Way and People First culture.
- Lead engagement initiatives and introduce innovative strategies to motivate and connect the workforce.
- Analyze engagement data and provide insights to leadership.
- Facilitate employee-leader engagement mechanisms.
2. Employee Experience:
- Ensure a positive employee journey from onboarding to offboarding.
- Measure workplace satisfaction and initiate improvement programs.
- Maintain communication and feedback channels.
- Promote work-life balance and manage rewards programs.
3. Culture Improvement:
- Develop initiatives to reinforce Experian culture.
- Partner with internal teams to enhance the company's employer brand.
- Implement training programs for cultural awareness and professional development.
- Manage community outreach programs.
4. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):
- Support DEI activities and collaborate with ERG leads on cultural programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communication, Psychology, Human Resources, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- English proficiency (C1 level).
- 5 years of experience leading employee engagement strategies.
- 5 years of experience working with brand and culture strategies.
- Project management experience.
- Experience in organizational development and/or employee engagement.
- Proficiency with Adobe Cloud programs, Canva, and Microsoft Planner.
- Certifications in HR, employee engagement, or organizational development
