The Opportunity

Embark on a transformative journey with Simpplr, where your expertise in leading internal communications will directly impact Simpplr’s culture and transform the work experience for billions across the globe. As the heart of our employee communications, you will oversee global internal communications and lean into our intranet, built on Simpplr (of course!).

As a vital member of our People and Employee Experience team, you will leverage your communication skills to create meaningful connections and directly influence Simpplr employees' experiences, ensuring they feel informed, engaged, and empowered at every stage. You will collaborate closely with our communications and senior leadership team to foster effective, streamlined communication. You'll be at the helm of planning and crafting a variety of collateral, including presentations, signage, emails, blog posts, videos, town halls, networking events, and more. Thriving in a fast-paced, demanding environment is part of the game, and your ability to adapt and deliver is key.

The ideal candidate will be someone who isn’t shy to dive into projects head-on, carries a reporter-like curiosity, and strategizes like a marketer. This individual excels at working collaboratively with executives and colleagues and consistently delivers high-quality work, even under time constraints. Their diverse portfolio of written material underscores their ability to convey complicated topics and information simply and creatively.

Your Job Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

  • Help develop and implement a global communication strategy.
  • Create communication plans regarding key company initiatives.
  • Produce creative, relevant content rooted in company strategy.
  • Work in partnership with senior leadership to engage employees.
  • Write company-wide communications as necessary.
  • Continuously evaluate the most effective ways to share news.
  • Work closely with business partners across the company to plan campaigns.
  • Develop and implement creative ways to engage the employee base.
  • Collaborate with the People and EX team to ensure communications align with key HR programs that enhance the employee journey, fostering a workplace culture that strongly aligns with our values
  • Work on and help coordinate company events.

Your Skillset

What makes you a great fit for the team:

  • 4-5 years of varied communications experience (internal, external, agency, journalism, email marketing, etc.).
  • Proven capability in crafting and executing strategic multi-channel communications plans.
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and digital content creation skills.
  • Attention to detail for seamless content execution.
  • Proficiency in design and presentation, particularly with Google Slides.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to organize work methodically yet thrive in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Quick learner with an aptitude for mastering new tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • An impact player with a strong self-starting mentality, coupled with a team player attitude, ready to contribute beyond the defined scope when necessary.
  • Experience in broad employee communication and project planning.
  • Ability to translate strategies into compelling narratives.
  • Good eye for design and ear for colloquial writing.
  • Familiarity with communication metrics (PR, social, marketing).
  • Open to constructive, creative feedback
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience in HR program-related communications is a plus.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.

This model is role-based with exceptions and provides employees with the flexibility that many have told us they want.

  • Hub - 100% work from Simpplr office. Role requires Simpplifier to be in the office full-time.
  • Hybrid -Hybrid work from home and office. Role dictates the ability to work from home, plus benefit from in-person collaboration on a regular basis.
  • Remote - 100% remote. Role can be done anywhere within your country of hire, as long as the requirements of the role are met.
