Their one-stop payment processing platform, backed by cutting-edge API technology, serves as an end-to-end infrastructure for seamless transactions. As a principal member of Visa and Mastercard, this company operates primarily in the US and EU markets.

We seek a results-driven and energetic Enterprise Sales Executive to join our client's team. You'll manage the full sales cycle, reaching out to mid-market and large enterprise clients, fostering relationships, and driving new business growth. We're actively interviewing candidates for this role and will move forward quickly.

  • Average sales cycle: 3-6 months

Minimum qualifications:

  • 2 years in a full sales cycle role in Enterprise sales (from prospecting to closing)

  • Payments or wider Fintech sales background (open banking, acquiring, gateway services)

  • Proven successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in new business generation

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Excellent time management and organization skills

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills

  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced and evolving startup environment

  • Established LinkedIn profile (at least 500 connections)

Preferred qualifications:

  • 4-10 years in full-cycle Enterprise Sales in Fintech startups (new business generation)

  • Experience selling to CEO, COO, CFO at Enterprises with €20M+ annual revenue

  • Established book of business is a plus

  • Base salary: €70,000 - €80,000 per year (negotiable depending on your skills, experience and location)

  • Stage 1 - 45-min virtual Interview with CCO (General fit)

  • Stage 4 - 30-min virtual Interview with CEO/C-level (Final)
