We have an exciting remote opportunity for an ERP Landscape Management Project Manager!

This IT position is responsible for managing the service delivery coordination for the Enterprise Platform systems at Pratt & Whitney. Coordinating maintenance window and planning execution, SAP system refreshes, ERP freeze calendar maintenance, and functional disaster recovery planning and execution. The position will join a team of Landscape Managers focused on multi-vendor coordination, DT and business communications, and system availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage an overall landscape configuration overview, disseminate and communicate that information via weekly meetings and written media.

  • Manage and oversee system maintenance activities via established maintenance windows. This includes detailed planning with multiple actors.

  • Maintain disaster recovery applications contact lists for disaster recovery exercises and oversee execution during the events.

  • Direct, schedule and communicate status for planned SAP environment data refreshes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree and 8+ years of project management experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of project management experience; OR an Associate's degree with 12+ years of project management experience OR in lieu of a degree, 15+ years of project management experience.

  • Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder.

Preferred Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have experience in several of the following IT services and technologies:

  • Project management and oversight skills

  • ERP Landscape

  • Disaster recovery tools and technologies

  • ITIL

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
