The Executive Assistant - Diagnostics Platform CSO Office, will play a vital role in providing administrative and project support for the Chief Scientific Officers (CSOs).
This position is part of the Diagnostics Platform and has the potential to be remote; pacific time zone location preferred. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Serve as gatekeeper of the Executive’s time, schedule, and information while maintaining confidentiality. Anticipate potential schedule conflicts and proactively resolve.
General project management assistance, including maintaining and updating action plans and timelines, scheduling meetings and interfacing with project groups as appropriate.
Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, be process improvement focused, be a solid independent thinker and self-starter, ability to work with people at multiple levels internally and externally, possess a global mindset, along with ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
8+ years C-suite / President level administrative experience that demonstrates an ability to effectively multitask, juggle shifting priorities, deliver quickly and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Heavy calendar management - coordinate all aspects of the Executive’s schedule, including high volume complex domestic and international travel arrangements; with the ability to travel 15-20% with the CSOs and take meeting minutes at CSO meetings.
Excellent computer skills: Outlook (e-mail and calendar management), Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products.
Polished and professional communicator both oral and written, with demonstrated resourcefulness and proven ability to anticipate needs, prioritize responsibilities, manage multiple priorities with tight timelines, and the ability to take initiative.

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $85,000 - $125,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
