Salary: P365 to P480

Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM - 03:00 PM Eastern Standard Time)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach and content creation

What will you do?

  • Conduct LinkedIn outreach and private messaging on behalf of the executive team.
  • Manage and coordinate the executive team's calendars, scheduling meetings and creating calendar invites.
  • Alert the executive team to any new meetings scheduled and ensure they are prepared.
  • Spend 10 minutes per week on QuickBooks to assist with financial tracking.
  • Check and respond to emails in a timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support for two in-person meetings per month, including ordering food and coordinating logistics.
  • Create engaging content for LinkedIn and interact with other posts to increase engagement.
  • Assist in scheduling and managing newsletters
  • Other tasks requested by the management.
