Job Description

Salary: P40,000 – P60,000 (Monthly Salary)

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Easter Daylight Time)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • At least five (5) years of Recruitment experience
  • At least two years of experience recruiting high volume, commission only positions
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience in ATS/Recruiting tools, search engines, job boards
  • Demonstrates the ability to work in a fast-paced and results driven environment

What will you do?

  • Develop, create & research recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through heavy field recruiting, referrals and internet tools. Explore new ideas and new methods of reaching new candidates.
  • Maintains company staffing levels & understands company staffing strategies.
  • Recruit to create bench within the organization & make recommendations on candidates for career growth.
  • Coordinates all aspects of the recruiting process for exempt, non-exempt & commission staff including but not limited to, screening resumes from all recruiting sources, initial phone screening, conducting first interview meetings, schedule additional interviews, extending offers and closing positions.
  • Organize and maintain accurate information and documents of all activities related to prospects, clients, and candidates.
  • Complete necessary pre-employment processes including I-9 management, offer letters, background check process, hiring in HRIS system and additional onboarding items as needed.
  • Understands compensation plans, and bonus and incentive structures.
  • Communicate with peers by sharing recruiting “best practices”, works with Leadership to identify, top talent and skill set for staffing requirements.
