Position

As an FOS Senior Client Service Associate this role will join an experienced team in shaping Wealthspire’s approach to assisting clients with new capabilities and services offered by the growing family office services department. This role partners with colleagues across the organization and focuses on delivering an exceptional client experience to our ultra-high net[1]worth clients and supporting our FOS team. This role will report to the Head of Client Service.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Client Service Associate for Single Family Office and select Family Wealth
    • Clients including:
  • Coordinating the onboarding process with the end client and appropriate teams across Wealthspire.
  • Daily relationship management ensuring delivery of client needs and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
  • Communicate effectively with advisors and internal teams regarding open tasks, client needs, etc. to ensure we are meeting clients’ expectations.
  • Regularly interface with clients as an extension of the advisory team.
  • Have a strong pulse on client account activity. Monitor for issues and escalate accordingly.
  • Liaise with custodians as needed. Maintain good rapport with service teams and escalate issues for resolution in a timely manner.
  • Stay informed on our investment approach and how it intersects with the client process and experience.
  • Maintain client data in the CRM – ensuring full, accurate data is entered for assigned client base.
  • Coordinate all ongoing requirements to serve SFO clients including setting the agenda for annual meetings and obtaining all relevant information from all key stakeholders to prepare for the meetings.

Qualifications:

  • College Degree
  • Paralegal experience a plus
  • 5+ years working in a professional organization doing project management
  • Ability to communicate effectively and bring key stakeholders together across different departments to facilitate problem solving
  • Able to lead key organizational initiatives and work with colleagues at all levels across the organization
