Job Overview
This is a remote position in which you will process incoming faxes. This involves looking up who the fax is for and attaching it to the customer's profile.This position is Monday-Friday 12:00pm - 8:30pm EST (New York Timer) with a thirty minute break. Job Objectives
Accurately process incoming faxes.
Communicates among many individuals, including patients, co-workers, insurance companies, and prescribers.
Understands and follows applicable HIPAA regulations, professional standards, and ethical principles.
Requirements
Proven internet download speeds of greater than 20Mbps and upload speed of 10Mbps via an online speed test ()
Prior experience with US healthcare preferred.
