Department Overview

Job Description

• Build applications for Android, iOS and Web.
• Work closely with product management to plan and design new products and features.
• Release high quality software to our customers for their mission-critical public safety and security systems through working on a cross-disciplinary team with UXs, QAs and POs.
• Write unit tests and execute test cases to ensure the quality of the product.
• Integrate and develop backend services to deliver a secure, fast and scalable user experience.
• Follow standard coding practices.
• Identify, propose and implement best-fit solutions for complex scenarios.
• Assure a high standard of quality in your own work and peers on your team via process improvements, clean designs, smart testing and review practices.
• Collaborate with other team members in an agile environment.
• Research new technologies and contribute with innovation initiatives, for example using embedded AI in mobile devices.
• Ensure new and old applications meet quality standards and bring legacy solutions into a modern arena.
• Provide support during the entire application life cycle (design, develop, test, review, release and document).
  

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Advanced English level. Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Technical mindset with great attention to detail.
• Excellent problem solving skills and positive attitude.
• Proficient in Flutter.
• 5+ years of experience building native or cross-platform apps for Android and iOS.
• Experience with a range of the following core technologies: Dart, C#, Swift, Objective-C, Java, Kotlin, C++.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale mobile app solutions.
• Thorough knowledge of mobile app deployment.
• Experience in building efficient user interfaces to a specification.
• Use of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
• Creation and maintenance of unit tests.
• Experience with Scrum agile methodology.

Nice to Have

• Experience developing responsive design websites.
• Familiarity with BLoC pattern
