As a Founders Associate, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, working directly with our founders to drive Navro's vision forward.

We are building the world’s first regulated payments curation layer. By consolidating best-in-class payments infrastructure under our ecosystem, we will enable marketplaces and eCo-commerce brands to scale their payments operations smoothly around the world.

Requirements

As our Founders Associate, you'll be the right-hand person to our founders, supporting them in all aspects of their work. From conducting research and preparing presentations, you'll be involved in every step of the journey. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves tackling new challenges, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get things done.

Key Responsibilities:

As with any Founders Associate role, you can expect each day to be different with responsibilities including;

  • Assist in strategic planning and operational tasks to help scale the business.
  • Industry Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends, providing strategic insights to keep Navro at the forefront of the payments industry.
  • Executive Coordination: Efficiently organize and lead executive meetings, ensuring effective communication and the seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Agenda Management: Carefully manage the founders' agendas, with a focus on essential business priorities and strategic objectives.
  • Optimizing Operations: Working closely with the founders to ensure all operations are optimized and working efficiently.
  • Meeting Preparation: Helping to prepare documents for investor meetings, board meetings, and customer meetings
  • Actively supporting fundraising activities through research, reporting, and creating decks
  • Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of new business initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in early -stage StartUps - with particular focus on business expansion and new product development
  • You’ll come from a consulting background or one of the Big Four with a clear background in digging into the details at the most granular level possible
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in payments industry is preferred
  • To be based in London and in the office a minimum of 3 days a week
