The company offers a range of products including vegan, natural, and eco-friendly beauty products as well as high-quality home furnishings and jewelry connected with nature.

The Role:

We are searching for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual with strong numerical and financial skills to join our team as a Trainee Founders Associate. This is a dynamic and multifaceted role within our start-up, providing support in various finance and accounting matters. You will be heavily involved in the strategic decisions of both brands and have the opportunity to take on your own projects in other business areas.

Responsibilities:

Support the founder in all finance/accounting matters, including cash flow planning, business planning, and annual financial statements in collaboration with our accounting team.
Optimize processes and create more transparency in our finance topics.
Heavily involved in the strategic decisions of both brands.
Take on your own projects in other business areas, demonstrating broad entrepreneurial interest.

Requirements:

Some experience in finance/accounting or a similar field.
Strong affinity for numbers and quick grasp of financial concepts.
Hands-on approach and willingness to work proactively.
Fluent in German; additional languages, especially English, are a plus.
