We are seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the manufacturing industry. The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for supporting the company's financial planning processes, analyzing financial performance, and providing strategic recommendations to senior management. This position is remote 1-2 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
- Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management
- Assist in the development of financial models and forecasts
- Collaborate with other departments to gather data and provide financial insights
- Participate in ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed
