About the Work:

You design, develop, and extend Marketing tech systems to build SEO/SEM, transform our digital presence (browser and mobile) to grow digital impressions, engagement, and acquire customers. Your work drives our digital brand presence and the marketing to grow our business and our reputation with customers - current and potential. You are an expert in common Front End & Digital Marketing technologies such as Google Analytics, Tradedesk, React Native, familiar with Google SEO, Pagespeed, Security concepts, accessibility, and A/B testing. You frequently assess buy/build considerations in your solutions.

As a Front End Engineer specializing in lead generation within our Marketing Tech team, you will be instrumental in transforming our digital presence to drive digital impressions, engagement, and customer acquisition. Your expertise in common Front End & Digital Marketing technologies, along with your proficiency in JavaScript, React Native, Python, and cloud data storage, will contribute to the growth of our digital brand presence and business reputation.

What are your Responsibilities?

  • Transformation of our current digital presence - overhaul and enhance our browser based website for contact capture, SEO, pagespeed. Design and implement best practices and innovations for customer profile information capture.
  • Build a mobile experience optimized with content including video, two way communication
  • Data flow definition between third Party SaaS, in house systems, Salesforce, into Redshift/Azure
  • Evaluate and implement solutions for inhouse adspend including customer audience targeting (DMP), asset management (CMS).
  • Digital Transformation:
    • Overhaul and enhance our browser-based website for contact capture, SEO, and pagespeed optimization.
    • Design and implement best practices and innovations for capturing customer profile information.
  • Mobile Experience:
    • Build a mobile experience optimized with content, including video and two-way communication.
  • Data Flow Management:
    • Define data flow between third-party SaaS, in-house systems, Salesforce, and Redshift/Azure.
  • In-House Ad Spend Solutions:
    • Evaluate and implement solutions for in-house ad spend, including customer audience targeting (DMP) and asset management (CMS).

Systems for lead generation of people who eventually convert to a Client or Care Professional.

  • Lead Generation Interfaces: Design and develop high-converting and user-friendly lead generation interfaces, including landing pages, forms, and interactive elements, to drive customer acquisition and lead capture.
  • Conversion Optimization: Collaborate with marketing and UX/UI teams to optimize conversion rates on lead generation interfaces. Implement A/B testing and analyze user behavior to improve the effectiveness of lead capture mechanisms.
  • Integration with Marketing Tools: Integrate front-end components with marketing automation tools, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and other lead management platforms to ensure seamless lead flow and data accuracy.
  • Data Validation and Quality Assurance: Implement data validation mechanisms within lead generation forms to enhance data accuracy. Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure the integrity of captured lead information.
  • Responsive Design for Lead Capture: Ensure a responsive design approach for lead generation interfaces to provide a consistent and effective user experience across various devices and screen sizes.
  • User Engagement: Implement engaging and interactive elements to enhance user engagement on lead generation pages. Utilize dynamic content and visual elements to capture and maintain user interest.
  • Performance Monitoring: Implement tracking and analytics tools to monitor the performance of lead generation interfaces. Provide insights into user interactions, drop-off points, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration with Marketing Teams: Work closely with marketing teams to understand lead generation goals, target audiences, and campaign objectives. Translate marketing requirements into effective and optimized front-end solutions.
  • Lead Attribution Tracking: Collaborate with analytics teams to implement lead attribution tracking, allowing for the measurement of the effectiveness of different marketing channels and campaigns in generating leads.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Create and maintain documentation for front-end lead generation processes, configurations, and best practices. Facilitate knowledge transfer to marketing and development teams.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in front-end development with a focus on lead generation interfaces.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React Native, and Python.
  • Experience with cloud data storage (Redshift, Azure) and SQL for data access.
  • Familiarity with Tradedesk, Google Analytics, and DMPs.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD automation and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Skills and Experience:

  • Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) experience.
  • Great teammate with effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Ambiguity and invention with a focus on problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning, including new technologies like AI/ML via prototyping.

Our range reflects the hiring range for this position. We use national average to determine pay as we are a remote first company. Individual pay is based on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, experience, education, and training.

Base pay is just a part of our total rewards program. Honor offers equity and 401K with up to a 4% match. We provide medical, dental and vision coverage including zero cost plans for employees. Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability and Life Insurance are fully employer paid with a voluntary additional Life Insurance option. Hiring Salary Range$135,000—$160,000 USD
