Minimum Qualifications:
- 8 - 10+ years of designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging new and existing software systems and/or applications for market sale or large-scale proprietary software for internal use.
- Serve as a technical expert on development projects.
- Participate in the full development life cycle, including requirements analysis and design. This includes participation in daily SCRUM, technical discussions, and frequent collaboration with team members.
- Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements. Investigating questions or clarifications where requirements are unclear
- Support, maintain, and document software functionality. Identify and evaluate new technologies for implementation.
- Analyze code to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed.
- Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements.
- Consult with end users to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to meet their needs.
- Conducts routine tasks as directed.
- Supervised with little latitude for independent judgment.
- Good command of AEM experience; strong understanding of HTL and Sling Model development
- Web application development experience including REST, Java, J2EE, Javascript, jQuery, Bootstrap, AJAX, JSON, HTML5, CSS3
- Hands-on experience in creating OSGI bundles, AEM template components, and workflows
- Strong experience in using the following aspects of AEM Sling: Dialog Configuration, Authoring Environment, CRX DE, Package Manager, User Administration Area, Assets Area, and OSGi consoles
- Experience with front-end tech like HTML, CSS/CSS3, and JavaScript.
