MaintainX is a leading mobile-first work execution platform for industrial and frontline teams. More than 13,000 customers, including Duracell, McDonald's, Shell, DHL and Volvo, use MaintainX to cut unplanned downtime and run better operations, across 13.9 million managed assets and 79.5 million completed work orders.
In August 2026 MaintainX became part of Autodesk, joining Autodesk Operations Solutions, the organization unifying Autodesk's operations platform alongside Tandem, FlexSim and Fusion Operations. Autodesk's strategy is to converge design, make and operate into one continuous lifecycle: design an asset, build it, run it, then feed what you learn running it back into the next design. Autodesk had design and make. Operate is the phase that tells you what actually happened, and it is ours.
As the first solutions architect dedicated to integrations, you will bridge the sales team and our post-sales integrations team, ensuring that every commitment made to the customer is technically viable before a contract is signed. You will be the person who turns vague integration requirements into clear, well-scoped plans that the implementation team can execute from day one.
Vos missions :
-
Collaborate with account executives during pre-sales cycles to identify technical and operational pain points related to asset management and maintenance support.
Conduct technical discovery interviews with prospects to understand their ERP, CMMS, GIS and other enterprise systems that need to connect with MaintainX. -
Produce clear documentation on integration scope, data flow diagrams and effort estimates that serve as the baseline for the handoff to the post-sales team.
-
Build and maintain a library of reusable integration templates, pre-built assets and reference architectures to accelerate future deals.
-
Present integration feasibility and complexity during deal reviews and pricing discussions, proactively flagging risks to sales leadership.
-
Work closely with the post-sales integrations team to refine scoping templates based on implementation successes (and failures), and communicate the upcoming pipeline.
-
Deliver live demonstrations and proof-of-concept integrations for prospects when needed.
-
Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Legal teams to advocate for prospect needs, accelerate deal velocity and refine the value messaging.
À propos de vous :
-
At least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as solutions engineering, pre-sales, technical consulting or a similar role.
-
In-depth knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth and modern integration patterns.
-
Strong hands-on knowledge of APIs, data flows and system architecture, gained by collaborating with engineering teams and commercial stakeholders.
-
Expérience avec les plateformes iPaaS (Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Zapier ou similaires).
Knowledge of SaaS delivery models, including integration, post-sales deployment and customer success processes. -
Experience with enterprise systems such as ERP or EAM systems (SAP, Oracle, IBM Maximo, Infor, etc.).
-
Proven ability to define the scope of technical work and translate it into effort estimates.
The holder of this position is responsible for managing and supporting a portfolio of customers located mainly in English-speaking markets (United States and English-speaking Canada), which requires daily communication, both oral and written, in English with these customers.
Our mission is to keep the physical world running. Factories, fleets, hospitals and campuses stay up because the people who maintain them have tools worth using. That is what we build.
