Location Details: India, Remote

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This position may be a hybrid or fully remote position, as decided by your manager. If designated as hybrid, you’ll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office location, so you should live within commuting distance. If designated as remote, you’ll be working remotely from your home and may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings. What you'll get to do...

  • Lead and manage a global and diverse team of developers and product managers to build and improve our next-generation customer care platform and experience
  • Provide strategic leadership with tactical excellence moving the team to best-in-class platforms to support our Care and Services organization
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop scalable application solutions that meet the evolving needs of our rapidly growing customer base
  • Promote the team’s architecture, concepts, and design choices to internal and external partners

Your experience should include...

  • 5+ years proven track record as a senior engineering leader with a focus on customer care in a global matrix organization
  • 10+ years of software engineering management experience in a fast-paced global environment
  • Validated hands-on engineering experience with modern e-commerce architectures
  • Expertise in migrating from and integrating legacy, modern, and third-party systems
  • Expertise with customer account security and authentication methods (e.g., OAUTH, SAML, JWT, OTP).
  • Experience with CRM platforms and Gen/Ai technologies
  • Shown ability in attracting and retaining top talent and building successful teams
  • Experience in leading through organizational change to support business growth
  • Successful delivery of platform solutions with a focus on anticipating customer needs
  • Engineering prowess in running 24x7x365 steadfast services
